Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor had visited the other website. Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data

All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also view and edit that information. What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you may request to receive a file of the personal data we hold about you, including data you have provided. You can also request the deletion of any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are required to retain for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. We use third-party services, such as payment processors and email platforms, to support operations like course access, certification delivery, and communication. These providers are contractually bound to process your data securely and only for specific purposes related to AOLS course delivery.
Educational data usage
We collect and store your personal data (such as name, email, and phone number) exclusively to register your participation in AOLS courses, issue certifications, and provide access to protected course materials. Your data will never be shared externally without your consent. All data is stored securely, with restricted access limited to authorized personnel. We apply security best practices to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
